Every item is printed and sewn to order, so timelines have two stages: production, then transit. Here's exactly what to expect — and what we do when something isn't right.
Deux modes de livraison
Au moment du paiement, vous choisissez le lieu d'expédition. Les deux options sont fabriquées sur commande : votre vêtement n'existe pas avant votre commande, et chaque pièce est imprimée, coupée, cousue et contrôlée individuellement.

Delivery cost
La livraison est offerte sur toutes les commandes et toutes les options — le suivi standard est inclus et aucun frais de port n'est ajouté au paiement : le prix affiché est le prix payé. Nous expédions dans le monde entier ; les droits de douane éventuels sont à la charge du destinataire.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check status and tracking anytime under Your Account → Orders.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is custom-made to your design, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size — please check the Size Guide before ordering. This is the standard practice for personalized goods and is stated before checkout.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a free reprint or a refund — your choice. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Reach us at hello@mockuptee.com, by replying to your order confirmation email, or through your account.
Cancellations & address changes
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change the shipping address, email hello@mockuptee.com as soon as possible — we can always help before production begins, and we'll do our best after.
