MockupShipping & Returns
Every item is printed and sewn to order, so timelines have two stages: production, then transit. Here's exactly what to expect — and what we do when something isn't right.
Two ways to get it
At checkout you choose where your order ships from. Both routes are made to order — your garment doesn't exist until you order it, and each piece is printed, cut, sewn and quality-checked individually.

Delivery cost
Shipping is free on every order and every route — standard tracked shipping is included, and there is no shipping charge at checkout: the price you see is the price you pay. We ship worldwide; where customs or import duties apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check status and tracking anytime under Your Account → Orders.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is custom-made to your design, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size — please check the Size Guide before ordering. This is the standard practice for personalized goods and is stated before checkout.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a free reprint or a refund — your choice. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Reach us at hello@mockuptee.com, by replying to your order confirmation email, or through your account.
Cancellations & address changes
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change the shipping address, email hello@mockuptee.com as soon as possible — we can always help before production begins, and we'll do our best after.
