MockupPrivacy Policy

This policy explains what information MockupTee collects when you use our store, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email address, password), shipping addresses, your order history, and the designs, photos, text, and prompts you create or upload in the Design Studio. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the email address you signed up with.
Payments
Checkout is processed by our payment partner Airwallex, which handles credit and debit card payments. Your full card details go directly to Airwallex — we never see or store them. We receive only what's needed to fulfill your order: confirmation that payment succeeded, and the amount.
How we use your information
To produce and ship your orders, provide customer support, send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, sign-in links), and — only if you opted in — the newsletter. Your designs and prompts are used solely to produce and ship your order; we don't sell them or use them to train models.
Who we share it with
Carriers receive your name and shipping address to deliver your order. Airwallex processes your payment. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand site traffic and ad performance — these set cookies and receive usage data such as pages visited and purchases completed. We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and language, and measure traffic and conversions (Google Analytics / Google Ads). You can block cookies in your browser; signed-in features and the cart may stop working, but browsing still works.
Retention & your rights
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal obligations. You can view and update your account details anytime under Your Account. To request a copy of your data or to have your account and personal data deleted, email us — we'll confirm completion within 30 days.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be announced on the site.
