Who we are
MockupTee (mockuptee.com) is operated by Guangzhou Meita Technology Co., Ltd. (广州美他科技有限公司). Registered address: Unit 5798, 5/F, No. 288 Zhongshan Avenue Middle, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510000, China (天河区中山大道中288号五层部位5798). We sell custom-printed apparel, made to order. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and orders — especially the shipping address and the design proof you approve. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; actions taken through your account are treated as yours.
Your designs and content
Designs you create or upload remain yours. You grant us the license needed to print, produce, and ship your order — nothing more. You must have the rights to any content you use: don't upload material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or publicity rights, or that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit. We may decline to print an order that violates this section and will refund it.
Prices and payment
Prices and any discounts are shown at checkout before you pay; shipping is free, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment partner Airwallex, and major credit and debit cards are accepted. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email.
Production and delivery
Every item is made to order, and the timings depend on the shipping route you choose at checkout. Shipped from the USA: production 2–5 business days, then 3–7 in transit within the US and 7–14 internationally. Shipped from our own workshop: production 7–15 business days, then 5–10 in the US and 10–20 internationally. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — carriers and customs can add delays we don't control. Details are in the Shipping & Returns policy.
Returns, reprints, and refunds
Custom-made items can't be returned for a change of mind or sizing — check the Size Guide before ordering. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund it free of charge. The full policy is on the Shipping & Returns page.
Our content
The site, its design templates, product photos, and mockup engine are ours or licensed to us. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt — it doesn't transfer ownership of the underlying template artwork or permit commercial reproduction of it.
Liability
We're liable for delivering what you ordered as described. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is capped at the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it. We'll update the effective date above whenever the terms change.
