Every item is printed and sewn to order, so timelines have two stages: production, then transit. Here's exactly what to expect — and what we do when something isn't right.
Zwei Versandwege
An der Kasse wählen Sie den Versandort. Beide Wege werden auf Bestellung gefertigt – Ihr Kleidungsstück existiert erst, wenn Sie bestellen, und jedes Teil wird einzeln bedruckt, zugeschnitten, genäht und geprüft.

Delivery cost
Der Versand ist bei jeder Bestellung und auf jedem Weg kostenlos – Standardversand mit Sendungsverfolgung ist inbegriffen, und an der Kasse fallen keine Versandkosten an: Der angezeigte Preis ist der Endpreis. Wir versenden weltweit; anfallende Zölle oder Einfuhrabgaben trägt der Empfänger.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check status and tracking anytime under Your Account → Orders.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is custom-made to your design, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size — please check the Size Guide before ordering. This is the standard practice for personalized goods and is stated before checkout.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a free reprint or a refund — your choice. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Reach us at hello@mockuptee.com, by replying to your order confirmation email, or through your account.
Cancellations & address changes
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change the shipping address, email hello@mockuptee.com as soon as possible — we can always help before production begins, and we'll do our best after.
